Lemon Minted Lamb Chops
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
2 lamb chops, 6 ounce each
Instructions
Spray skillet with Pam, add garlic and sautÈ. Stir in water, lemon juice, salt and pepper; sprinkle mint over mixture and simmer about 10 minutes. Place chops on rack in broiler pan about 6 inches from heat source. Broil 4 minutes on each side or until done to taste. Transfer chops to serving dish and pour lemon mint sauce over meat.
Serves 2.
