Lamb and Pepper Casserole
6 green peppers
3/4 cup finely chopped lamb
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup chicken consommÈ
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 garlic salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
Instructions
Remove stems and seeds of green peppers. Parboil peppers 5 minutes or until barely tender. Mix together lamb, bread crumbs, consommÈ, tomato, salt, garlic salt and vinegar. Stuff mixture into the pepper; bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Makes 6 servings
