Barbecue Liver
1 pound baby liver, sliced
1 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup water
Instructions
Brown liver in butter over medium heat in skillet. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over liver. Heat over low heat for 10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
