Fried Liver
2 pound beef liver, sliced
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Soak liver in milk for 30 minutes. Drain; dip into flour, coating each piece. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry in small amount of shortening until brown on both sides.
Makes 6 servings
