Liver and Mushroom Casserole
1 pound calves liver, cubed
2 large onions, diced
Butter
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 soup can of water
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Sear liver and onions in butter; place in casserole dish. Add green pepper, celery, and mushrooms. Pour soup and water over top. Season to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
