Baked Liver

1 1/2 pound beef liver



bacon drippings

1 1/2 cup water

2 bouillon cubes

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup catsup

1 large onion, sliced, and separated into rings

Wipe liver with damp cloth; trim carefully. Cut into pieces. Combine paprika and flour. Dredge pieces into flour mixture. Brown bacon drippings; arrange in greased casserole. Add water to pan drippings; stir in bouillon cubes, Worcestershire sauce and catsup. Pour gravy over liver; top with onion rings. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with bacon strips. Makes 4 servings.
