1 1/2 pound liver 1/3 cup butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 1/4 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper 1 1/2 cup sour cream
Brown liver on both sides in butter. Remove liver from pan; from pan; add flour, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Add sour cream; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Place liver in casserole dish; pour gravy over liver. Cover and bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 50-60 minutes or until liver is tender.
