2 pounds. spareribs, cut into 1 1/2 in. pieces 3/4 cup vinegar 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 pieces ginger 1 clove garlic, chopped
Instructions
Boil spareribs in water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Brown spareribs in saucepan, then add all other ingredients. Simmer for 45 minutes or until well done.
