Scalloped Corn with Sausage Casserole
4 eggs, beaten
1 (17 ounce) can of cream style corn
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1 pound uncooked sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs and mix well. Spoon onto a lightly greased 10 by 6 by 1 3/4 baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done.
Makes 6 servings
