Wiener and Potato Casserole
4 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
6 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
8 wieners, sliced in 1 inch diagonal slices
Instructions
Melt margarine; blend in flour, stirring until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened. Combine potatoes and wieners in 8 by 8 inch glass casserole dish. Pour sauce over mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
