Macaroni and Cheese with Wiener Casserole
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups milk
10 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. macaroni, cooked drained
8 wieners, diagonally cut into 2 inch thickness
Instructions
Melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk until smooth. Add grated cheese and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese has melted. Remove from heat and add drained macaroni. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until top turns lightly browned.
Makes 6 servings.
