Hash Brown Wiener Casserole
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes
8 wieners
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
Instructions
Mix sour cream, soup, butter, onions and 1 cup cheese in lightly greased 3 quart casserole. Gently stir in potatoes, wieners, salt and pepper. Top with remaining cheese and crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven 30-45 minutes.
