4 medium potatoes, diced 4 wieners, sliced 1 inch thick 1 (17 ounce.) can creamed corn 2 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper Butter 4 slices bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
Cook potatoes until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Add corn, wieners, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through. Pour into warm chowder bowls and top each serving with crumbled bacon bits and butter. Serve with crackers. Makes 4-5 servings.
