Chinese Style Tuna Casserole
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 (7-ounce) can water packed tuna, flaked
1 can chow mein noodles
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup cashew nuts
Dash of pepper
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 small can Mandarin oranges, drained
Instructions
Combine soup and water. Add tuna, 1 cup noodles, celery, nuts, pepper and onion. Toss lightly. Place in ungreased 10 by 6 inch shallow baking dish or 1 1/2 qiart casserole. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Garnish with Mandarin oranges.
