In 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot salad oil, cook onion until transparent but not brown. Add next 4 ingredients and 1 1/2 cups water; heat to boiling. Over low heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add drained tuna; cook 5 minutes or until vegetables and tuna are hot. Makes 6 servings.
