Tuna and Swiss Cheese Casserole
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons chicken bouillon
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
1 (7 ounce) can tuna, flaked
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, mixed with seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions
Melt butter, blend in flour. Add milk; cook, stirring until thickened. Beat egg yolk and blend in with chicken broth. Cook noodles in buttered casserole. Spread tuna over noodles; pour sauce over top. Cover with Swiss cheese; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
