Biscuit Topped Tuna Casserole
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/4 cup milk
1 large can tuna
1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small can of Veg-All (mix vegetables)
1 can (10 count) canned biscuits
Instructions
Brown onion, and celery in butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk gradually; cook stirring until blended. Add tuna, cheese, Veg-All and stir well. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole; top with biscuits. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
