Tuna and Tomato Salad
1 (1 pound) can tomatoes
1 package strawberry gelatin
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 (7 ounce) can tuna, flaked
1 tablespoon onion, minced
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Heat tomatoes to boiling point; add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add vinegar and chil until partially thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients; turn into 1 large mold or individual molds. Chill until firm.
Makes 6 servings.
