2 cup orange juice 1 large pkg. raspberry Jell-o 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberries 1 small can crushed pineapple 2 grated crisp red apples, peeled and cored
Bring orange juice to boil and dissolve Jell-o. Add cranberries and break up in the hot Jell-O. Add strained pineapple and enough orange juice to equal 1 cup. Allow above mixture to cool. Add grated apples and allow to set-in refrigerator for 4 hours or more. Makes 4 servings.
