Braised Celery with Mushrooms
1 bunch of celery
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1 4-oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
Instructions
Wash the celery stalks and cut them diagonally into 1/4" slices. Melt butter in large skillet and and saute the celery slices. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook over high heat, stirring frequently, about 8 minutes or until tender. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes more.
