1 9-oz pkg french fried potatoes 1/4 tsp salt dash pepper 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 F. Arrange potatoes in a lightly greased 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and bake 2-3 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.
