4 cups prepared spaghetti sauce (homemade or jar)
1 lb ground beef
15 oz container ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cooked ziti pasta per package directions, drain.
Brown the ground beef until no longer pink, drain. Stir in the ricotta, parsley, egg, salt, pepper and 2 cups of the spaghetti sauce. Add cooked ziti and toss to coat.
Put ziti mixture into a 13x9 baking pan and cover with the remaining 2 cups of spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
