Baked Omelet with White Sauce
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 eggs, separated
Instructions
Cook fat , flour and milk together to make a white sauce
Cool the white sauce and then add the beaten egg yolks and seasoning.
Add the stiffly beaten whites
Pour in a greased baking pan or casserole and bake at 350 for 35 minutes
Serves 4
