Helen's Carrot Bread
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cup sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup grated raw carrot
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup milk or buttermilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease or spray 4x8 loaf pan.
Put everything together and stir all at once. Turn into loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
