1 1/2 lbs ground beef 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs 1/2 cup applesauce 6 tbsp catsup 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp sage
Instructions
preheat oven to 350 F. You will need a meatloaf pan (has drain holes for grease) or you can place meat on a wire rack on top of a baking sheet. Combine all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Bake on rimmed baking sheet for 1 hour.
