Beef Casserole
1/2 to 3/4 pound leftover beef (cubed)
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
1 (19 oz) can peas and carrots
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
salt to taste
Instructions
Brown onion in butter, adding meat and salt; when mixture is browned add the other ingredients and heat through. Serve with mashed potatoes.
Yield: 5 servings
