1 medium onion; chopped 1 pound medium ground beef 1 green pepper; diced 1 cup wagon wheels macaroni 1 package pepperoni sausages 1 tin mushroom pieces 2 (8 oz) cans pizza sauce 1/2 pound shredded mozzarella cheese 1 pound bacon
In a frying pan, brown onion, pepper and beef. Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain both meat and macaroni. In a large bowl, combine the meat, macaroni, pepperoni, mushrooms, pizza sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Cook the bacon until crisp, then drain and break into pieces. Add to the casserole and stir. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350Â°F Yields: 6 servings
