Coleslaw
1/2 cup light or regular mayonnaise
2 tbs each cider vinegar and water
1 tbs each sugar and mustard
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
Instructions
Whisk first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Toss with cabbage, carrots, and onion. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until serving.
