Chicken Crunch Casserole
3 c. cooked cubed chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. diced celery
1 can each: cream of mushroom, cream of celery, cream of chicken soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 small jar pimento
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Chinese noodles
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except Chinese noodles. Pour into a sprayed 9x13 pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with Chinese noodles, bake an additional 5 minutes. Freezes well.
