1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chopped nuts |

| Melt oleo and mix in crackers. Pat in pan. Add rest of ingredients in layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
