Amish Macaroni Salad

1-1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 tsp. salt
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
2 Tbl. mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar

Instructions

Cook and drain macaroni. Cool. Add salt, eggs, celery, and onion. Mix Miracle Whip, mustard, vinegar, and sugar thoroughly, then add to macaroni mixture. Serves approximately 12 people.

This is the best Macaroni Salad I have ever had...I did add chopped green pepper to mine... Theresa

I've made it like this for years % 26 my mom before me, but didn't know it was Amish style. I add red, green % 26 yellow peppers if I have them on hand. Sometimes drained pimentos.
