1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut with caraway
seed
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 c. celery (chopped)
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar |

| Instructions |
| Drain the sauerkraut and mix with remaining ingredients. Mix with remaining ingredients. Mix sugar and vinegar, bring to a boil and pour over sauerkraut mixture. Place in a covered container and chill overnight.
