Bananas Foster

3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. almond liqueur
2 tbsp. coffee flavored liqueur
2 bananas, quartered
2-4 tbsp. rum
Ice cream

Instructions

Heat butter and brown sugar in a saucepan or skillet until the sugar is lightly caramelized. Add liqueurs and bananas. Add rum and flambÃ© (light with a match). Serve over ice cream with reduced sauce. Serves 2.
