1/4 c. cold milk
3 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
1 c. cold club soda or seltzer |

| Instructions |
| Pour milk into 12 oz. glass. Add syrup and stir. Add scoop ice cream and a little soda. Stir briskly, mashing the ice cream. Add other scoop ice cream; fill with soda, gently stir and serve. Makes 1 serving. |
