2 tbsp. butter 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 bay leaf, crumbled 2 c. catsup 16 oz. bottle Coca-Cola 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard 2 tsp. vinegar Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the onions and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, do not brown. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally for 1 hour. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
