3 c. flour 1 1/8 c. shortening 1 tsp. salt 1 egg (beaten) 1 tbsp. vinegar 5 tbsp. water |

| Instructions |
| Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening until it resembles cornmeal. Mix beaten egg, vinegar and cold water. Pour all at once into flour mixture. Mix well. Divide into 4 equal parts. Makes 4 large crusts.
